Nah - I think I'm getting bad info from the programmer because he did something wrong and doesn't want to correct it. It's not "wrong" to him, but it will screw with how I do my job.

I did the same. If it was "Lavatory" instead of laboratory I might be able to help. I have a small bladder and use the washroom a lot.
