Naz jersey

I do think the OP probably was at the game in Denver, stopped by one of the local shoppes and pick up some "oregano" and made brownies last night before starting this post.

Only if it is determined that upon further review, Oklahoma State is our sweet 16 match up and we are down 3 with 7 seconds left in overtime.

We're in the 3rd OT of the national championship game. Niang, Morris and Thomas have all fouled out. We are 2 points behind with 5 seconds left to play and have the ball. Do we put Naz in for the final 3point shot.
McKay said he practices some 3pt shooting in the off season. I say you give him the shot. 100% all net all day.

Nader does have a buzzer beater versus TCU and a game winner versus Cincinnati this year, just sayin'.

Does Naz have a jersey in Chicago? Is there a possible situation where he decides to pull off the medical redshirt?

I'm sure inserting Naz into the lineup wouldn't be disruptive at all.

To get a medical redshirt you have to play less than 30 percent of games. We have played 34 games toal at the moment and Naz has played in 8 games so 24%. If he starts playing in the Elite 8

(35) Sweet 16: Doesn't play
(36)(9) Elite 8: 25%
(37)(10) Final 4: 27%
(38)(11) Finals: 29%

So he would still be under the 30 percent total. But since we are Iowa State he wouldn't get his medical redshirt.

I think if you play after a certain date you can't get a medical redshirt

It doesn't work that way. You can't pick and choose certain games to play and claim for a medical redshirt and argue that you didn't play for 30% of the season. Once you shut it down it stays down because one you out the jersey back on you lose all chances at a medical redshirt.

i want Naz to stay if he does, I think that means Monte does. Naz needs to move up on career wins.

Jim Nantz: Wow, Virginia is just tearing apart the Cyclones. Up 34 with two minutes left, what an embarrassing way to end the tournament for the Cyclones.

*Cue Angel/church music*

Jim Ross: BAH GAWD, BAH GAWD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.

Jerry Lawler: Oh my God Jim, Oh my God! Is that who we think it is at the scorers table?

Jim Ross: IT IS! IT'S 3SUS! HE IS RISEN! BAH GAWD NO WAY, I CAN'T BELIEVE MY OWN TWO EYES

Five minutes later

Jim Nantz: Move over, A&M, there's a new greatest comeback.

I see you raised the stupidity bet with the OP, Im calling so there isn't anymore.

For me it would all depend on what Monte does. If he has any inkling that Monte is going to move on after this season I would play. This would be his shot at possibly playing in a National Champ. If we get to the National Champ or close Monte is probably gone anyways.

I am hearing from all of my sources (which is 0 because you don't need any) that Naz will not play the rest of the year. Even if we were down 2 in the National title game and everyone else on the team fouled out we would take the forfeit. Sorry if I took this too seriously but I cant believe some people still think he might play this year
