Aren't most kids at the country club entitled d bags? That was my impression of the kids who went to the country club when I was in HS but that could just be exclusive to my high school.

And this is a weird thread. A group of what I assume to be adults, bashing area high schools. We all know our own schools had their fair share of d bags and *** hats. If you disagree, you were probably one of them.

I was quite surprised to see Monte and some other ISU players wearing letter jackets in interviews. Didn't know guys still got those.

college letter jackets are a little cooler than high school glee club letter jackets...imo.

Making this my first post, so hopefully it can be of some insight... I went to school at Gilbert with Wes, a year older than him. And his senior year they went 20-4 and won their conference so this is incorrect. And I knew he was always close with Fred so I'm sure that was his connection to the program.

But to other posts, he did have mono for a month or so at the beginning of the season. I believe he was in the hospital a couple weeks ago, as well, for some stomach disease he's had for a while. And yes, he is redshirting. Agree he won't see much PT but he played like three sports in high school, so you never know down the road after he's focused on one exclusively.

Is Gilbert 2A or 3A?

I wear mine to every home football game. It's one of the thing's in my life I worked for that I am most proud of.

I don't hate Gilbert. I even went to Roland Story. (Gilbert was not even in the same conference back then)

Letter jackets are still common with HS kids in Indiana. Personally, I like them. They show school spirit.
