I fully support ISU playing in the Denver bracket. And the ISU gamewatch bar is only a few blocks from the Pepsi Center!

Yea Joe bracket never happen...first we can't play Chattanooga again in rd 1 I don't believe. Might be wrong but I think they would avoid having us play a team we already played in rd 1...also..Purdue as unimpressive as they've looked at times would be like UAB X10. Bad match up for us..we are an inside scoring team and they are bigger than Baylor. Bad match up. Hope that doesn't happen.

They try to avoid it but it isn't a hard and fast rule anymore. There was a rematch in last years bracket. You can't play anyone in the first two rounds that you have played twice though.

I'm hoping we can play ourselves into a 3 seed again. Beating Baylor would be a great start for that to happen!

They need to land in OKC as St. Louis is not happening (Michigan State and Xavier) and playing in the altitude with our bench would be a disaster. Also playing in OKC probably means you have some conference crossover fans with Oklahoma.

The problem with Denver is that it potentially comes on the heels of 2-3 games in Kansas City with a turnaround on Thursday in Denver rather than Friday/Sunday in OKC.

I'd like to avoid a Thursday/Saturday round.

I would as well as it at least gives me Thursday to enjoy all of the games before the ISU game. Last year losing the very first game of the tournament ruined the rest of the games for the weekend.

Says the guy that didn't think the Naz injury changed things. :)

I stand by that. A 60% Naz playing all season doesn't change anything. A 60% Naz coming back right now doesn't change anything going forward either. People go around pretending like it's a choice between no Naz and a 100% Naz.

60% Naz is alot better than Cooke or Ashton so although it doesn't make us a Top 5 squad, I certainly think we probably have 2-3 more wins.
