So I had my birthday dinner on my dad's side few days early. My nieces were wearing their ISU shirts I got them last x-mas so I got a picture with the 3 of us in our ISU shirts. :smile: Got mostly cash instead of presents because really nothing special I need these days. From my sister, brother in law and niece's I got a ISU mason jar cup and an ISU decal for my car (when in doubt get me ISU stuff) The card they gave me was picked out by my oldest niece. It was a pickle on the front and the inside said "Your birthday is a big dill." :smile:


Below is my cake as decorated by my nieces. They LOVE sprinkles.

He is settling down from his old days when he was always high. The years have been rough on him.

Good day today got 2 trees cut down and moved out of the way along with other stuff done. Got to finish the day off with a picnic in the timber with my nieces and family. Brats and somores over the open fire. All in all a pretty good weekend got a lot done and had 2 darn nice days of weather. Hope everyone else had as good as weekend as mine.

They ended up getting 2nd place. Our daughter had a good weekend. It has been almost 10 month straight of softball from indoor off-season practices to spring tourney season to middle school softball to fall practices and tourneys. Now volleyball starts. ;)

I forgot to change my alarm from early Saturday morning wake-up call time to usual Monday morning time.
 
Apparently there is a pie in the face challenge going around work for United Way. Not sure how I feel about this.

Korean tacos have are a bit like sweet barbecue with a little Asian coleslaw. When I find the truck it is usually on 2nd Ave South, in front of the Canadian Pacific Plaza Building.

See, if they weren't messing around with silly stuff like this, they'd have your stuff ready for you when you went to the other place to pick them up.

After these three weeks I get Houston and Seattle. So not always strange places, just the luck of the draw mostly. I'm available and the project came through the wire at the same time as my availability.
