I'm convinced.

Anyone who thinks the problem with this team is on defense obviously doesn't know anything about football. And, ISU held TCU to its lowest point total since the first game of the season when Minnesota held them to 23. These teams are going to score points unless they fail to execute or face a team with NFL-caliber athletes. Our offense can't go 3 quarters without scoring.

Yeah, you're right. Thanks for setting me straight. Giving up 776 yards last week and 621 yards this week has nothing to do with how bad we are on D this season.

Thanks, man. I was falsely thinking that I might have been onto something until you informed me I know nothing about football. Again, thanks. Go clones!

Let's face it, we are equal opportunity offenders, we suck at all phases of the game. It really doesn't take a genius to see that we play 10-15 yards off receivers at all times so the scheme against us just has to account for that and you are guaranteed success.

A good Division II team with a good qb could score a couple touchdowns on this D. It's beyond sickening how many yards and points they give up week after week after week after week after week, etc.......

Have you ever actually seen the differences between a D-II athlete and a FBS athlete? You might have made the most idiotic post on the boards today. Iowa State has gone up against the #2 and #3 offenses in the country the past two weeks, and get ready for more, because the #1 offense is next week. If you aren't an Iowa fan I wish you would switch to become one, you make the rest of us look bad.

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.

You're convinced? You're. ..convinced? False. We are convinced that each morning you wake up and stare at your hawk tattoo on your belly. **** your mother. Yep...**** her.

These guys will score on anyone. Great QB, good scheme, fast tempo, and an NFL WR.

The problem last week and this week is our Offense is unable to score or protect the football. There hasn't been one week this year we had a better QB than the other team aside from UNI. That is a big issue, for the d it is positioning and some really bad tackling.

Not admitting the obvious is no way to go through like, whatever/whoever the heck you are.

Glad to know you don't try to run from what you project yourself to be. I really don't hope you are not a foul mouthed little punk, though. Hopefully, you're just putting on a show here and are not really like that.

Our D is clearly a problem. No way getting around that fact. We played a better game than I was expecting and came up short too many times and made too many mistakes. The only problems I had with the coaching was 1. Punting on that 4th and 3. (We all knew they were going to score, why give them a longer field when we have a good shot at getting 3 yards?) 2. In the 4th quarter on those 4th and longs I would have liked to see us try a FG and then an on-side kick. We gave up two quick TDs after those plays. The turnovers hurt as did the couple of dropped balls. All in all, not a terrible game and there is improvement. Lazard is a man among boys by the way.

Good post, but let's get real.

You didn't score for three whole quarters and your D gave up 621 yards and 45 points. You weren't competitive for most of the game. You didn't score on them even after they lost one of their starting d-backs.

This was a very bad game.
