=IF(P16<0.5, 24/P16, 24/P16+3/(P16^0.5)+0.34)

This accomplishes what I want. Needed to remove the brackets and = sign.

Ugh, that Culver's is not sitting well. I have been off most extra sugar for a week and tend to eat at home 98% of the time. Thought about going through Chick-fil-a but the drive thru line was around the building.

Rulzzz, we all fall back into bad habits. It's normal. The success is to start again. I am currently paying for not going to a resistance class for a couple of weeks. I have muscles sore that I had forgotten could get sore. It's been two days and they still ache. AND I've had pop at least three days this week.

Traffic is so backed up now going South on Duff. Or really just trying to pass them. It's almost ridiculous to me. I hope after a week the traffic gets better. I mean it was 3:30 not supper time.
