100% true story, all I did was press my crotch up against her butt the entire time. Hand to god.
Yeah, I had to see what y'all were talking about. He seriously reminded me of some drunk guy at a party trying to start a fight. If he thinks that differentiating himself by talking like that is a good move, his ego is pretty out of control. I have turned down potential contractors that display that attitude and would turn him down in a heartbeat as well.
He needs to realize that his opinions don't hold more weight just because he advertises on this sight. Lost a lot of respect for him after reading all of his name calling garbage.

I would not use him. Too much sales and successful ego in him and not enough human.
The realtor we are using is not your typical realtor. He is a family friend that retired drom teachinf and got into it fpr something to do other than scout for the high school bball team. He isn't pressuring us into buying a house. Just letting us go at our own pace and giving advice. He told us early on "Wxman I am going to eat tomorrow morning no matter if you buy a house or not."

We were in our late forties when we started looking at acreages. A friend suggested a realtor for us, and she was amazing. She was probably a good ten years older than us, but she was tromping around those fields and outbuildings with us at absolutely ridiculous hours, and must have taken us through about 30 properties. She got to know us well enough that she was expecting our call when we contacted her to tell her we wanted to offer on this acreage after viewing it earlier in the day.
She did a great job of helping us with offers & counter-offers both on the property we bought and the house we sold. I've been recommending her ever since, and recently noticed a new sign with her name on it. Guess she hasn't retired yet!

our realtor is now the mom of the baby I keep posting pics of DH holding. We're good friends now.
Reading through that Charter thread it looks like the end revolved around a accidentally deleted post while he was trying to edit it. I thought it was an issue with my phone but looks like it is a CF thing. I can get to the edit screen but once in there no matter where I click (using the mobile version) it activates the delete button. Anyone else having this issue?
