So, just to sum up, your idea of the best boss is one that gives you the food scraps nobody else in the meeting wanted?

leftover food around here is popular. It was all still in the warmers. And now my lunch for today is my lunch for tomorrow. Win-win.

This conference is the most ridiculously pointless thing I've ever done.
Who'd of thunk a conference among tax accountants would be slow and dry?

I was at a conference for federal government financial administrators a couple of years ago. There were two conferences going on at the hotel we were staying at. The other was a mosaic artist's convention. I can guarantee that you could pick out who was going to which convention 100 out of 100 times.

Kind of. But it's not about taxes. It's about financials of the business and a "leadership development" meeting. Still, boring as all get up. Especially when you're already an amazing leader like myself.

Don't you mean **** on it?

This reminds me of when we were dropping oldest son off for some interstate math competition in Iowa City. All of my son's teammates were standing around playing games on their calculators. His little brother thought big brother looked cool in comparison to that bunch. Pants has to be the life of that party too.

Absolutely agree.

In a room full of tax accountant managers, Pants totally wins the golden lampshade award.
