I help you with the girls, mainly because I think you and nickels would be an awesome RT story, but I also have to keep that gigantic ego in check.

I've tried telling her that us getting together would be amazing help to the RTT and CF as a whole. She doesn't seem to feel it's as big of a selling point as I do, though.
 
CG, for what it is worth, Kraft Recipes has a chart entitled "Easy Meat Math" (I know, so many jokes so little time), that says for ground beef you should have 1/4 lb per guest, although one of those "Ask" things says for tacos you should have 6 cooked ounces per guest.
 
All I ate all day yesterday was some yogurt and granola for breakfast and some chips and queso for dinner. Ran 3.5 miles at the gym and did my regular weightlifting routine (bicep curls, incline press, leg press, tricep extension, abs, calf raises and front row) and I gained a pound. How the **** does that even work?!

either you didn't eat enough or you gained water weight.

Still going to watch bikes go round and round tonight, Boxster?

Not tonight. Think i need to make a Maynards on the lake run for walleye and beers.

Did just get back from a ride over to Minnehaha Falls and back. Went out and back on the Greenway and found that the Greenway does indeed rise in grade going east to west.

See, I could actually get behind this type of bike riding. Nice night, ride out, eat some greasy fish and drink a few beers. Now, just riding 30 miles for the lulz...yeah, no.

There's an uphill both ways, in the snow joke in there somewhere. My legs have felt tired this season too. Not good when RAGBRAI is just around the corner. Not gonna be leading the peloton this year, I'm afraid.

Bike app says I burned 1400 calories riding 27 miles based on the road grade, speed and my height/weight so I am guessing a walleye sammich and a beer are good to go. I like riding the city trails, it's pretty scenic and lots of good people watching. Was surprised at the number of folks on the trails Thursday afternoon.
