All I ate all day yesterday was some yogurt and granola for breakfast and some chips and queso for dinner. Ran 3.5 miles at the gym and did my regular weightlifting routine (bicep curls, incline press, leg press, tricep extension, abs, calf raises and front row) and I gained a pound. How the **** does that even work?!
chips and queso homie. That salt makes you retain water weight

You got sushi face. You're probably just retaining water.

Carvers, you are correct. I don't really go for the bad guys. I've dated one guy that would fall into that category and that taught me my lesson.

It's not like I haven't seen the dude that keeps rescheduling, we've just yet to go on a one on one date.

Water. Doesn't weight typically fluctuate about 3 lbs throughout the day?

got some grapes left, carrots and celery (exciting!) then tostitos + salsa, that cream cheese dip I'm going to make and the three types of crackers for it.

Is one lb of meat enough for seven people? Though I think DH is skipping dinner and going out with the menfolk now, so that's 6 then.

I'm not the best judge. That would feed two of my teenage boys. I think you are going to want at least two pounds of meat. If you have leftovers, better than not enough and you and DH will eat it eventually.

Depends on how many chips and how much queso.

Hmm..that sucks. I ate a bunch of steak, did nothing, and lost a half pound.

I suppose. I'm used to cooking for two. Even when we made tacos at home I think we just did one lb, but I can't be sure now.
