So I'd have to do about 10 miles to equate a 3 mile run (roughly). This doesn't clear up a decision. Plus, if I were to move, it would be a real pain in the *** shipping a bike....
If you are looking to bike 10-12 miles three or four times a week you don't need a spendy bike. Get something cheap you can sell easy.
Do you know if your knee "likes" the bike pedaling movement?
