Have it done by the right person, barely at all. Guy I know went to his family prac., it was a mess. Another guy, not sure where he went, only had pain when they injected the anesthesia. I went to a urologist, who was also hot, and had zero pain thru the procedure.

There are times when my ability to take a refreshing 10 minute nap are useful, then there are times when it happens in the middle of the night, where it's not so useful.

There's worse things. I had a slightly annoying discomfort intermittently for a few days afterward. Be sure to keep a couple of bags of frozen pees and corn handy for the first couple of days!

I couldn't find any pictures indicating, but I'd also suspect that thing has a central tire inflation system, so I'd just be all flippin' you off out the window, and then I'd run over your little ****box car, and then I'd drive off playing that Lee Greenwood song, and take my truck thru McDonald's and order freedom fries, and if they gave me any ****, I'd tell 'em that this is 'murica, we don't need no sissy *** french fries.

The only part I felt was the shot to numb everything, the procedure was way worse in my head than in reality. The second day was pretty uncomfortable, sat on frozen peas all day.
