Shout out to Boxster for helping me subdue the sloth. Seen his post and thought better go to. Went for the ride with 4 hills in it summited them all successfully. Rode it in opposite direction got 2 of the hills out of the way early that way. Had to finish with a head wind for the last 6 miles but it wasn't to bad. Time for tacos now.

Pretty sure renter's insurance doesn't cover damage you cause. Liability insurance does. I'm required to have that at my next apartment. I've never had renter's insurance even though it's probably worth it.

Off the top of my head, total value of my belongings maybe total $2,500. Looking to upgrade some stuff, but right now, is it worth it?

Can you replace your TV, computer, game console, etc if you're robbed?

Can you pay for damages if you accidentally leave the stove/burner on and start a fire?

If the answer to either of these is no, then YES - invest in renter's insurance.

My mom asked me of we had plans for Sunday. I honestly had not thought that far but responded with..."I would like to have some good baby time with my son and go fly with dad but the second part won't happen ." He pipes up and says "I will pay."

I just stared at him. Seriously I let me know more than three days before and I could get checked out and make it happen. This is like dangling brand new BMW keys in front of Boxster and taking them away.

I'm getting close to the youngest out of diapers, so it's about to get real fun for me. No more diapers, and they're both old enough to really be fun playing.
