Neither. Just a company that likes to cut corners and outsource a lot of stuff to India. I'm on the benefits side but we likely handle the payroll for quite a few people on this site.

I love how 90% of the dialogue is in Hindi (I think) but then they just randomly throw out a few sentences in English.

I handle benefits, and only for a handful of clients. The best I could do for you, if I handled your client, that would affect your paycheck, would be to make your benefits deductions cost less on your paycheck.

Because of how stupid the overwhelming majority of them are.

I give it two years and if I'm not promoted, it's time for me to move on. And I give it two just because there's only 8 spots country wide in the position above me. If they can't see I'm head and shoulders above these buffoons in that amount of time, my faith in the company will have been lost.

Well now I know where Hiphopp works. Used to see people from that office on their smoke breaks when I was an intern at an engineering company nearby. Although I guess there are multiple businesses in that office.
