Random, just to divert from the ladies and their semi-secret game of "we're better than you"

So Cheese is made from rennet, which used to come from calf stomachs, but as veal (young cows) dropped in popularity and cheese surged, they spliced the rennet enzyme into E. Coli and BOOM, GM rennet, which no one has seemed to have an issue with, but suddenly....ZOMG, GM iz bad, mmkay!
