I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the guys he is involved with. Glad to see he is wlling to go after the big time talent. BTW Murray State wasn't one of the teams that offered everyone. It was probably an equal mix of 4 & 5* guys as 2*.
 
Is it common for a school of that size/calibur to recruit that many 4* and 5* players? It's awesome that he's been aiming high.
 
I think a cool thing to do from Coach Prohm would be to just skip the presser and release a statement that says;

"The work starts now for 2015 and beyond. No more days left to fall behind on the recruiting trail. The press conference will have to wait."

Instant fan cred.
 
Most of these guys are from GA, AL, or FL. A couple of the 3 stars are from KY or TN.

KY is underrated as a bball recruiting state. They don't put out a ton of big time recruits but they have a lot of mid level guys. It's a basketball state in football country, very similar to NC.

This could be a very big thing. We have connections in the Midwest so now adding the Southeast is a pretty big deal as well. If Prohm keeps winning then we have two big regions that could give us lots of talented players.

What makes you say that recruiting to ISU may be more difficult than to Murray State?
 
When was the last time isuno1fan said anything remotely positive about the Cyclones? I remember him saying nothing but downer comments all last season. If you're expecting him to not come in and be Buzz Killington then you haven't read enough of his posts. His username is very misleading.
