Obvious this guy wants to come here as he has delayed his decision to see who we hire ( lord knows we all have known Fred is gone for awhile now), so unless JP totally **** up this hire, I think we will see him here next year. Now what to do with the other 2 scholarships ( yes, I am already counting GT as gone)

Well, Amir Coffey being gone was reported by the Minnesota guru on twitter a couple days ago. No, the poster on CR said it was Max. Maybe he was just projecting it to happen, but he made it sound recent and factual.
Give it a rest. If he had lied and gotten Williams and Diallo to come, there is a decent chance they would have been let out of their scholarships when Hoiberg left, or if not, those guys may have been resentful and bad for team chemistry.
Not to mention that Williams was Matt A's guy. Maybe Hoiberg didn't like him as much as Matt A did, but trusted Matt to make the call. As soon as Matt leaves, maybe Fred didn't want him.
It was reported in an article on SBNation. Said he's deciding between Indiana and Nebr. now. Like I eluded to earlier, I didn't buy the way Peterson's article had it stated, but I suppose the kid (could?) have quoted it that way, as if he'd wait to see the new hire, but changed his mind.
I read an article on yahoo saying he removed us from the list and it was down to Indiana and Nebraska.
I'd rather not use a scholly on this guy this year anyway. With what we have coming back, I'd rather the new coach brings in someone that will be here for a while.
I'm not sure why everyone keeps considering Tsalmpouris gone? From what I have seen he seems to have a great relationship with everyone on the team and enjoyed his time in Ames. Going pro overseas might be too tempting, but I could see him returning next year for development and possible playing time.

Everyone ripping how Fred ruined recruiting next season should try living in the moment and letting the future play out. He left us with a loaded squad that can compete for a national title. Like many have pointed out on here, that is extremely rare. Future years will work itself out.

Yeah heaven forbid he might have deleted it. It was either on Twitter or a newspaper quote before he left to go back to Greece after school was out.
Well I follow him on IG and Twitter. I have never seen anything about not coming back. Not saying he is but I don't think his plans/intentions are as public as everyone makes it out.
