(Brother-in-law's name) was at a ISU golf outing today and playing in front of a ISU assistant coach. As soon as the Thibs firing was public the assistant left the course and didn't play the final 8 holes. Word around the course was Hoiberg is in Chicago today.

Not really. The point was he doesn't have to recruit, most of the summer is off. He wasn't going to be spending the NBA season at the lake lol.

Although in my personal opinion, as many others have stated, the Wolves job is better in the long run.

I get the feeling Flip doesn't want to quit coaching.

Kind of remember what you're talking about but can't put my finger on it. I believe it was all completely overblown though. I know that's hard to believe here surrounded by so many rational people.
