OK, am I the only one that thinks "ebates" sounds like a porno website? I giggle every time my wife says that and she gives me a dirty look.
Of course, she also gave me a dirty look last night when she was getting the youngest ready for a bath. He was tired, and first wanted to take a toy ball in the bath with him, so Mrs. found ones that could get wet. But then, when he was getting ready to go in, he broke down crying that he didn't want them in, and Mrs. said "well, you don't have to put the balls in the bath if you don't want to" and I hollered from the kitchen "hey, if he's gonna take a bath, he does have to put his balls in".
So maybe it is a me thing...
oooooooo I better check on that because if that's true, I'm better off getting it ordered today with the 16% that doesn't care what brand stuff is.

We had 3 soccer games at our home tournament this weekend. We were all done by 1130 before the rain started again and I proceeded to get pretty much nothing done for the rest of the day. Not one of my better moments.

I was going to go buy annuals and plant the few pots I have and clean the basement today. The weather stinks to be outside, and I have a sick kid currently slothing in the basement. So far I have eaten a piece of cheesecake. I did get vehicles switched with my dad, he is going to attempt to fix my Toyota Sienna door issue. He assures me his labor charges are less than Toyota. I am hoping to pay him entirely in cheesecake.
Ah, dude, you need to rent a pickup for dirty job stuff.
I only haul clean stuff in my A4 pickup.

I posted this, then went back and started my podcast and doing dishes, and got to thinking about 'silly talk and coarse jesting which are not fitting' and the podcast was about anger, but about 30 seconds after I restarted it, the speaker talked about words either carry life or death, and he asked "are your words carrying good, or bad?"

ha, I've been pretty good about remembering lately. Though we have three weddings coming up and only one has a registry that I can use it with, boo.
I was talking to my Mom last night. They are in the process of putting a trust in place, and I was telling them a little about what my wife's parents had done. Mom said she was waiting on the lawyer to get back with them for the past week. She then said she wasn't concerned about it taking so long because it "wasn't a matter of life and death".

That's embarrassing. Iowa really needs to strengthen their animal abuse laws.
Well.....pretty much EVERYWHERE needs to strengthen their animal abuse laws.
I don't get it. There are plenty of animals that you can take off of someone's hands either at a farm or shelter for nothing or next to nothing. I don't get how the puppy mill industry is ever lucrative enough to make ends meet. I realize that you can't necessarily name your breed that way, but is it that important to have exactly X breed right this very minute?

Yeah that's pretty much how I do it. I don't eat at super fancy places though.
Not to mention, you can probably get a (true) purebred through a reputable breeder for close to the same cost that you can at a puppy mill store.
