My 1948 Toastmaster Model 1B14. When I went off to ISU it was considered "old" so my mom sent it with me. This art deco bad boy has been front row in my kitchen ever since than. Can you say built to last?

It's been a bit of a curiosity all of these years but now mid-century and art deco are hot items and it's so old it's cool again. I am waiting for that to happen to me but I think it might not apply to people. BTW, they made 6 million of these so CG can go on eBay and grab one for her new digs.

I appreciate you not catching a naked picture of yourself in the reflection of the toaster.

"But he swam back to the craft and made his way to a friend back at the state park, rather than accepting a ride from the LCAC operators, who had offered to take him back to their base."

Even after LCAC made roadkill (baykill?) outta me, I still would've accepted a ride on it. Those things are badass

He was prolly worried they'd 'disappear' him.

The administration at my high school would take turns driving around town and what not. If they caught you skipping and your parent called in some excuse than your punishment would be worse than if you just called in and said you were skipping.

The last remnant of Truancy Officers?

That's why we went about an hour away to go golfing.

Fiancee just sent me links to wedding registry faux pas.

Wonder what she's trying to hint at.:skeptical:

Yummm, hipster toast!

We used to make baskets and put them on the front porch of the neighbor kids.

Then you ding dong ditch. If it was someone of the opposite sex, if they caught you, they got to kiss you.

I got caught by the cute neighbor girl. I liked that one.

Had to wait around for 4 hours, but finally got caught
