I'll throw you a bone Pants. Seen any pretty ladies lately? How's the weather? We are going to be all the way up to 30 today HEAT WAVE baby. Did you get rid of the grumpy cripple lady yet? Been eating any fresh pineapple or fish tacos?

Well yeah, they're freaking EVERYWHERE! It's sunny. Right now it's only about 70, but it will warm up as the day goes on. Grumpy cripple lady put in her notice earlier this week, but I'm going to make it effective tomorrow and just get rid of her. There's this awesome fish taco place right down the street from me. They're amazing. Seriously amazing. Also, fun fact, every value meal in Waikiki at mcdonalds comes with fresh pineapple.

Just worked out over my lunch. I hate leaving early, but today's teacher was intense. So I'm going to hope there are no more visiting people today. I feel sweaty and smelly.

On the bright side, I worked up an ab-petite for our family meal tonight. I did 40 sit ups before class, 40 during plus some oblique exercises.

Yeah, Thankfully I wasn't as sweaty as I could have been. Sometimes we do Russian twists as extras.

Good, I toasted some of the bread I made yesterday, floated that on top, then put some shredded swiss cheese on and melted that in the microwave.
