Assuming Texas gets revenge in Austin it will be a 3 way tie for Third place.
 
Who made this year's conference schedule. After our 7th conference game today we will have played all of four teams. We will be done with TCU, KSU, and UT. We'll also only have one game left to play in the state of Texas.

The crazy schedules came up in the broadcast of the OU vrs TT game yesterday. The Oklahoma announcer was talking about this.
 
Well OSU our next opp. just lost in ot to KSU


Tech beat wv by 16. WV must have lost alot of talent from last year.
 
Oklahoma lost it's first conference game last night in 2OT at Texas, 84-81. OU had 4 players foul out.

Iowa State is still alone in 3rd place (at 5-3), but only one game up on TCU and Texas (4-4).
 
Non big 12 related. Holy crap that Iowa hit 19-28 3's yesterday against Northwestern. I think our single game record is 18.


Northwestern was just as hot going 13-18 from 3. final score was 102-99 IA

It would totally suck to go 13 of 18 from 3 (72%!) and still lose the game.

The only thing that could be worse would be to shoot 72% from 3 and lose to the squawkeyes. :spinny:
 
KSU wins at TTU tonight 41-38. Yes that was the final KSU was 14- 44, TTU was 14-59 (3-27 from 3) DAMN!

Amber Battle had exactly half of TTU's points, with the other starters combining to score 9 (two were held scoreless). And it was in front of an announced crowd of 3600, which means about 1200 people saw it happen. Remember when TTU was the toast of the league and United Spirit Arena was the "house that Marsha built"?
 
Texas lost on the road today at TCU, 64-59. OU trails WVU by 9 at the half in Morgantown. Baylor only up 4 on KU in Waco at the break.

TCU is now tied with us for 3rd place at 5-4. Texas falls to 4-5 in the Big 12.
 
Baylor having all sorts of trouble with Kansas this afternoon. Acousty should be watch since I think he would have dug the mega Kim meltdown and technical.

Damn! I LOVE watching Kim's meltdowns! SOOOO deliciously awesome, especially when followed by a big, fat 'L' after 40 minutes. I did a great impression of her trying to rip off her jacket, yelling "no, no!" during the NCAA tournament game against Louisville a year or two ago. Good stuff.
