ISU 74-72 WVU

Seems like the less contact made, the more likely a foul would be called. Tackling was fine. And I thought they should have looked to see if when they fouled Naz it was flagrant, I thought they just bashed him in the head.

While Nader was key tonight, Georges was great too. Looked a little like his old self although I think they mostly just played man after the press was broken.

That's when I thought we were toast. But WV couldn't ever seem to capitalize on all our screw ups down the stretch luckily for us.

That was just one of our completely boneheaded plays down in the final few minutes. We're sitting on 2 timeouts, and Niang inexplicably throws it right to the WV player as his 5 secs are running out on him.
lol not surprised clonedude would think that was the end for ISU. Your posts are worse than Niang turning the ball over with a lead

Go outside and get the neighbors dog to stop barking.

Fun game to watch. Always thought ISU was in control. Encouraging bench contributes. Our front line is not on it's A game yet. Hope this team can gel soon! Some of the best defense I've seen in the Hoiberg era. Need to work on rebounding.

I love watching Bob Huggins teams. They are just tough minded and patient. They reminds me the most of the old Bob Knight teams.

BDJ was called for a pushoff fall under while posting up earlier in the game. It looked like he was trying to not get called for another pushoff foul.

Don't know if this has been discussed yet earlier in this thread, but last year I think the crowd really got in Kane's head and that was a big reason why we got blown out. It got really personal.

Proud of our team overcoming the hillbillies & refs tonight. That's what champions do.

DeAndre had a rough game last year, but that was a total team loss, and that rain of WVU three pointers was not on him.
