Why would anybody play BB at OU?

You're right - why would anybody go play for a decent coach at a decent university that has a moderate level of success and a history of putting players in the NBA? Because, you know, the only thing that matters is butts in seats.

The reasons mentioned by JD, but this problem bothers the Ok fans on landthieves. People go watch the pros instead is their take on it. Personally I would rather watch college. ISU sports is extremely fortunate to have a dedicated fan base, that is growing. FB,MBB,WBB,& VB all draw quite well compared to many colleges.
Honestly, if I had multiple power 5 offers coming out of high school, I probably wouldn't go to ISU.
They probably don't have finals this week. You notice we don't have any games during the week this week? 2nd note is that the rest of the stadium doesn't have finals this week.

So if they're done with finals theres no students on campus at all. Makes the empty arena even more understandable.

Boy, Spangler is such a huge ******. Been watching for ten minutes and he's hung on the rim two or three times (on plays he didn't score).
The picture in the OP original post is against Northwestern State, who they played on Nov. 23. Not sure if OU all of Thanksgiving Week off.
Side note on the pic. I think I have seen Northwestern State hit that shot from that corner before.
