Welcome me to the 21st Century. Bought my first smarty-pants phone yesterday. Think I need to visit my niece so she can show we how to operate this thing!
Didn't figure I needed one since I sat at a phone and computer all day but was tired of being socially ostracized. Pulling into a parking lot in an old 27 year old sports cars with ISU stickers can be cool but whipping out an ancient old Razr flip phone, well, not so much. After friends lost the ability to speak and can only text I had to go along.

The political ads on this site suck. Sorry CF....they suck everywhere. I am convinced corporate news and Big Journo keep this pot stirred in Iowa....very profitable for them. What kind of ad revenue would the Des Moines Rag have without Caucus stimulus and the constant partisan strife.
Yep. Just heard some thunder also. The line from Fort Dodge to Spencer doesn't concern me. The line in Nebraska (for which a tornado watch is issued in Western Iowa) is more of a concern.
So you know how people you know have babies in groups? Well, I have friends getting engaged in groups. My roommate this summer, a girl that I went to high school with a couple days ago, and a friend here at ISU yesterday.

Anyone getting engaged there? If not, do you have an empty room I can use?
It's one of the most romantic places in America. People are getting engaged everywhere here. Babies are probably being made quite a bit here too. But at least the majority of them to away after a week or so.
ISU should schedule an away game in Hawaii. If we can't go bowling we might as well schedule 1 game in a tropical paradise location.
1) Don't sit on northwest hillside on an 11 o'clock kick without sunblock. Just....don't.
