Another significant threat will likely be flash flooding, the atmosphere will be plenty moist with pwat values around 2 inches. Although storms should be fairly fast moving which may limit the flash flood potential somewhat.

Hail, high winds, isolated tornados (as opposed to non isolated tornados), and heavy rain. Sounds like a good day to leave work early.

Gonna be an early morning of tissue sampling to beat the rain. What time is it supposed to roll in?

Side note: its always fun being on the 4th floor of a poorly constructed apartment building that has no basement during severe weather and potentially tornadoes. Should be a good time.
