I am betting that ALL 3 above QB's will play in the opening game-maybe in the first half. Manj is not going to allow the starting QB to lose the game for him, without seeing what the others can do.
That sounds really familiar.

One thing Rohach and Richardson have in common is when Rhoads decided to insert them into the starting quarterback position he waited until the weakest opponent on the schedule.
Best case scenario going forward is for Mangino to make all the personnel, play calling and game planning decisions for the offense while Rhoads focuses on defense and head coaching responsibilities.
I would like to see 1 QB start all 12 games.
huh? name the last time any team has used 3 QB's in a game, let alone a first half. cmon man.
(although as a ndsu fan id love to see it)

In your dreams. Too many injuries occur for the qbs. If the three are close in production, an injured qb should rest up.

No, that won't happen.I am betting that ALL 3 above QB's will play in the opening game-maybe in the first half. Manj is not going to allow the starting QB to lose the game for him, without seeing what the others can do.
Uh no. Mangino wants one QB.
For anyone who may care, I have heard from multiple people inside of the football program that the quarterback depth chart going into fall looks like:
1. Rohach
2. Lanning
3. Richardson
Rohach is pretty far ahead at this point, and will most likely wrap up the starting job within the first few weeks of fall camp.
You don't watch much football do you? The vast majority of teams only play one QB. If there is a change, it's because of a serious injury or the QB is really struggling. Football is all about chemistry, technique, and timing. You don't have that if you switch around QBs.
Why would you use 2 QBs if they both have the same skill set? One is going to be better than the other. It has been done in the past. The key is, your Q backs have to have the same skill set.
