***OFFICIAL #9 ISU DEFEATS #7 BAYLOR POSTGAME THREAD***

I missed a lot of the first half. Did Hoiberg start Thomas and then sit him the rest of the game?

I think Matt played well. At this point, even I'm starting to admit that Morris should probably be the starter. Only reason I see otherwise is how good of a point he really can be, need him to back up Kane.

Guys, outside of Kane, they didnt play that well. This team getting better, remember its only early January, they can get a lot better.

Kane makes it go though, nobody can match up and if they do creates a huge hole somewhere else. If he can make the three he is unguardable at the college level.

Ejim had 18 despite sort of getting the crap kicked out of him. Georges didn't have have a great night, but still came on late and did his thing to make Baylor even more confused.

Hogue had 10 boards and 8 points, I think he's still sick.

I thought Long played very well--got the ball out quick in transition.

ALSO, for as much as this team gets out and runs, 10 TO's isn't bad vs. a good team.

I agree that ISU can get better, but there was good play out there.

+ Kane 6-TO's and 9 assists.

+ Monte another 27--mins without a TO and probably his best game to date; 5-8 shooting (3-4 trey) and 4-assists.

+ Was Georges sick tonight? Very quiet for him, did not seem on his game. 9-pts, 4-fouls

+ Not much production from Thomas.

+ Did that look like #7 vs #9 to you?

Entire first half they sleepwalked, and still led.

Give Austin some credit. Georges was up against a much larger opponent, and Kane was lighting it up all over the place. Didn't need him with Morris knocking down three after three.

Need to train up Monte for PG next year in games now.
