Possible candidates for ISU's open OC position...

Not sure about this... and it might be a valid question.

Even if this is the case that IWCC players are way more talented, how did they manage to get some of the most talented JUCO players in the country 5 years after starting the program? Maybe the guy is a heck of a recruiter?

The biggest reason he is intriguing to me

If CPR decides our offense needs to more resemble kstate then it will be Klenakis. If CPR wants us to be more like Baylor the it will be outside.

I find the amount of talk Sage is getting fascinating. There is a 0.00% chance Sage even gets a phone call...I mean, it's just not going to happen. I guess it's fun to talk about and I love Sage but c'mon. Austin Flynn should be getting the talk that Sage is getting. At least Flynn has proven he can coach.

But, but, but......Flynn has only coached in small time college! Sage played in the NFL as a backup! That kind of knowledge is invaluable as a coach for Sage!!!!!!!!!111!!!!1!!!!!

And there's no chance he [Major Applewhite] leaves Austin unless Brown is gone or he gets a HC job.

well...NOW what are our thoughts? CW was clearly not a fan, but I dont see the Chizik comparison. We wouldnt be hiring him as a head coach. And frankly I want a OC hire that will be in demand for a HC soon....that means he is good. I think being a stepping stone for coordinators to move to HCs is much different (and better) than being used as a stepping stone from just any HC position to a "desired" HC position. Was there another reason Chris made this parallel? Are there personality issues (aside from the sex assault thing that has already been talked about)?
