I wouldn't take the chance on a QB in the first couple rounds. We need a wide out bad a possesion reciever Rice has got the speed and ups we need a consistant catching reciever. our D is fine our CBs are young but getting better. Im guessing we may even trade our first or second round for a Free agent or trade down for a 3rd or 4th round pick. If childress is still around look for a trade up for Tebow in 09 thats Brads type of QB
Even if we still with Tavaris we need a backup we can depend on. The QBs we have now couldn't play second string on any other team.
Maybe they'll forget that they're on the clock and not make a pick. Then they'll have another slot to figure out what they want.

ditto....Jackson posed little threat through the air and it was just a matter of time before the defense shut down AP as was clearly obvious in the last 3 or 4 games.
We could also use some linebackers who could actually tackle. The one we got from Iowa was either hurt or tackled like Williamson caught passes -- horribly.
Knowing classic Vikings drafts with the recent exception of AP they will somehow blow their pick again on the biggest first round bust like Colt Brennan now I like this kid but he's gonna be a project for any team in the NFL if he gets drafted. Since the bowl game is been just awful
You mean draft busts like Randy Moss, Daunte Culpepper, Kevin Williams and etc?
I wonder how Udeze's illness will afect their draft. Maybe if they have to switch a left end to the right side...but Darrion Scott should be back, right?
It would be awesome to see Donovan McNabb in a Vikings uni next year, but i doubt that it will happen. They really need a good QB to go along with AP
