why are all the cylcone "badges" on hawk fans always about us being toothless and working at McDonald's? I'm not saying none of us work in a kitchen but I know most of my family graduated from Iowa and all have a very comfortable lifestyle. ISU is an agriculture based school ( which there can be money in that) and Iowa is very heavy in medical ( probably more money) if someone were to seriously average the incomes of both fan bases I would not be suprised if Iowa comes out on top or at the very least the two are very very close. All I am asking is do some research or become original with your comments.

p.s.
It didn't take me long to find out that McDonald's employees make more than any other fast food chain. so if you want it to be a diss then say Wendy's or BK lounge.

Oh, I know how much McD's employees make. Especially managers. It's a boat-load.

You forgot to take into consideration that Iowa fans dont attend Iowa. They went to Kirkwood. I think the main career objective of someone that goes to kirkwood has to do with beaver pelts and meth labs. Please look that up for me as I assume you also went to Kirkwood.

It's pretty simple. Iowa has a much larger fanbase and is the #1 choice for band-wagoners in this state.

If you see some random dude walking down the street begging for change 99 times out of 100 that dude is wearing a Hawkeye shirt instead of a Cyclone shirt.

Has nothing to do with the Iowa graduate fan, it's just a rip on the band-wagoners and t-shirt fans.

Everyone knows that Iowa State grads do awesome things like kill terrorists and build colonies on the moon, and that Iowa grads serve them burgers when they get hungry. It's a fact; can we just accept it and move on?
 
I hear Abraham Lincoln graduated from ISU. Took most of his classes online. Beat that, Iowa.

Like the extensive research you've presented here? ISU turns out farmers and UI turns out doctors? You're going with that?

so if I drop out of Hawkeye CC and am an avid hok fan... does this factor into avg Univ of Iowa salary

isn't that majority of their fanbase?

Bingo. Suburban Chicago kids that can't get in to Illinois go to Iowa, graduate, and get jobs. Iowa fans drop out of community college and flip burgers. Try to keep up.

Yes but I think that was undergrads only. Obviously all hawk fans have been to Iowa's Law or Medical Schools so that report is moot.
