MU in secret talks with ISU to go to B10.
This is false, MU can't do anything in secret.
I still don't see the push for West Virginia! The closest big city to fly into is Pittsburgh and just the traveling expenses alone will be high b/c of that. Yes, the Big 12 can get a foot in the door to West Virginia but that really doesn't buy the conference that much considering how close they are located to Ohio State, Pitt, Penn St, Virginia Tech, etc... TV market wise.
IMO, the Big 12 needs to add TCU, BYU, Louisville and Air Force. This will get the Big 12 into Utah, Kentucky and back into Colorado and with the national following of BYU and Air Force, can add TV sets around the world.
After those four, I think the Big 12 needs to go after Cinci, New Mexico, Colorado St or Wyoming. These schools add the states of Ohio, New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming. All schools that add new stomping grounds for the Big 12 that fit geographically and don't involve the state of Texas.

Dan Wolkin said Navy's AD dismissed any overtures about the Big East today.
In the Gazette.com in Colorado Springs it says AF could keep football in MW and move their other sports.
not germane to this discussion, we would not take AF minus football
Why make the geographic argument about Morgantown, WV, when you are going to advocate for BYU? Do you know how far out there Provo is? The only current Big 12 team that might want BYU over WV because of a significant difference in distance is Texas Tech. And for ISU it's really a no-brainer: Morgantown is 250 miles closer.

OK then, how about this argument? Morgantown is a crap hole compared to Provo and it is a lot easier to fly into Salt Lake City and drive to Provo than it is to fly into Pittsburgh and drive to Morgantown.
That is good enough reason for me!!!
