What are you two going to do if there aren't more announcements coming?

Be extremely ******. We didnt expand to 12 over the last year because some were worried about diluting the pot. So the first thing we do to expand in all of this is go and invite a team within our existing footprint, when there are teams ripe for the picking in BYU and the rest of the big east? Makes zero sense. Gotta hope there are more invites coming. I could be ok with TCU, if they're one of 3 additions to get back to 12. Not so much ok with them as a single add to get to 10.

Not buying this one. TCU doesn't make sense as number 10. They bring a football team that could be a coaching change away from mediocre, no basketball to speak of, no new media markets, and you are promoting a mid-major that has the potential to poach recruits or bump someone (not necessarily us) off in future conference re-allignments.

If we go to 10 with the intention of staying at 10, it has to be BYU. The only way I can see TCU is as a number 12 if we continue with Louisville, or as number 14 if we keep beating up on the Big East with Cincy or WVU.

TCU does make sense when you consider taking teams that have exit penalties and wait times. TCU now and if MU bolts then you take BYU. Then you can consider taking 2-4 Big East teams since they have a wait clause.

Bosco for the win.

As long as TCU isn't the only add, this will make sense.

Anybody have the info on TCU? Attendance, etc like we saw from whomever posted about Tulane?

I know, but until the CF app lets you choose last page, I'm done scrolling through 800 pages to see what people are saying about Missouri. And usually when I get to the bottom of the page list, my phone gets rotated enough that I have to start all over.

Last page is right above page 1. Pull down on the screen to get to it from the page list.

This should come as a relief. I know that we all hoped that if Mizzou leaves the conference would be fine, but this nearly assures it. I still, however, hope that Mizzou comes to their senses and decides to stay. (especially since we now have equal rev sharing, no hs of any kind on the LHN and a 6 yr guarantee of rights)

Hasn't there been talk of 13 years? That would likely run the lifetime of our new Tier 1 deal in 2015.
