And I know this has been covered, but that thing is huge. (yes, I know, that's what she said). A person standing next to the goal posts seems small, that thing makes the goal posts look small.

I believe the proper, sympathetic response would be....Nyah, Nyah, Nyah, Nyaaahhhh. sorry, keep trying.
I think it's the first one only they are tearing it down for transport off the job. Probably bringing in a smaller crane or maybe using telehandler to stick build the middle section and they'll bring that crane back to set the upper third of the board and the east tower.
The issue isn't getting the crane out it's an issue of getting the top segments for the cross bar in. Those segments are probably 14' wide and I'm betting the distance between the tower and the Jacobsen building is only 10-12'.
See my note from a few days ago:
"What you see south of the Jake is the horizontal section of the truss. It will come in 6 pieces: three across the bottom and three across the top. The middle section will be stick built in between the two on the ground. The east tower will go up once all the parts for the horizontal are brought in. The tower would block access to the south side of the Jake and prevent sections from being moved in."
The current piece is around 12' high, the final horizontal section will be 36' tall.
And on the Transformer thing, a portion of the designers called it the Megatron during development.
So all 6 parts plus the middle section will go up as one big piece or what? Thatd be impressive to watch.
Correct. The entire horizontal section will go up at once. There is no room for temporary supports over the top of the Jake. All six sections make up the horizontal section, roughly 36' tall, 14' deep, and 180' wide.
Interesting. So they're going to move in all of the horizontal pieces and start putting them together and then once they are all moved down, set up the east tower? Does that include the actual screen? If so, that means that we're going to see the screen in the next few days.
I would think the screen itself would be installed from boom lifts when the cross section piece is erected as when you pick up that cross section piece it is going to deflect in different ways than when the cross section piece is sitting on the supports itself.
Just a thought.
