Doesn't matter who the OC is. We're completely overmatched in personnel. Its like sending our basketball team to go play the Miami Heat. Doesn't matter if Phil Jackson is coaching us, we're ****ed.

Right. We're really not getting a good picture of Herman's ability, since he has so little to coordinate.

We've played 3 good teams and they could've beat us by a combined score if 300-14, had they wanted to.
No progress has been made, whatsoever.
We're actually worse than we were.

We're not worse. We were getting blown out by the bad teams, and now we beat the ones we should beat (and our annual dogfight with KSU).
What we are seeing is an overmatched offense and no depth on defense along with no penetration by the D-line.
Our offense is awful.
I blame him for that and I think he would accept that blame due to the paycheck he cashes.
Probably should've gone somewhere other than Rice to get an OC.
