Doesn't look like the lower level is in. End zone sections are all for the bands...and south side was all for press. With the north side a/c seats...that's only about 300 down there.

The ISU women wont choke.

Ball handling, post play is too good for a choke. 3s may come and go.. those two things wont.

And we didn't really choke in 2002. BYU peaked at the right time. They beat 6-seed Florida by 38 (!), beat us by 6, and then gave Tennessee a big scare until losing by 11.

Green Bay won tonight by sucking less than Virginia, quite frankly.

That '02 BYU game was gut-wrenching.

Interesting trivial aside ... ISU's margin of victory was the second largest in the first round (behind UConn, unsurprisingly).

It doesn't mean much but it's encouraging because it was just as dominant as some of the wins by 1 and 2 seeds (of course, they probably could have named the score in those games).

How much did Nebraska beat UNI by? That had to have been up near 40 as well.

I want a recount. The lower level, less the south side and end floor seats, plus the upper levels on the sides have to be more than that. As for the game - from the beginning it seemed the plan was to take it inside - Prins is learning to take the pass a little further from the hoop and putting it up with great success. Our front line is looking good and guards are getting better. We'll be back.
