well, hold on. Is HB fairly religious? We don't want to go too far with it and offend him.
How about something like:

If Harrison comes to Iowa State I'll do all of his laundry every weekend!

Have you heard something more positive recently? As I recall you were saying recently you heard he was not going to ISU. (and yes I know nothing is set in stone)
All I know, for fact(to date and time) is that we are not out...Nothing else concrete, just rumors.
We have a shot...Not must more we can ask for at this point.
I really don't have anymore information...ISU has a chance, how big? I don't know.
Barnes is going to spend two days with the coaches at ISU events with some passionate fans...Good enough for me.
I'm pretty sure the HB isn't going to be swayed much, in that I mean that I think he already knows where he is going to go, and probably did a month ago.
Just something I've been thinking about, if he announced he was going somewhere other than isu then don't you think he'd wait until after bball season, with mac's son on the team and a lot of ames is made up of clones fan I just think it would be a lot more pressure on him and some ppl would be ******, I just think him announcing early is better news for us, just my oppinion
Although I hope you are right, I don't think it matters to HB.
This kid is held in high regard, he is a good kid, he has been nothing but honest and up front with everyone. Telling where he is going to go won't affect his relationships here as much as some think imo.
I predict he tells McD this weekend what his choice is.
Dude, he was courtside at the UNC/Duke game at Cameron Indoor and all the Cameron Crazies started chanting his name!! That simply cannot be topped. BUT, we have a lot going for us! No reason not to give it our best!
I think over the last few days I'm finally at peace with whatever HB's choice is. Hope it's ISU but if not...not the end of the world.
Are you a fan of the ACC or something? Did you grow up in that region? That would not impress me any more than other people doing the same thing.
I'll tell you what though, if the students don't get into this and Cyclone Alley (even though not officially affiliated) doesn't start rocking, IMO it will be very embarrassing. Just like KG said at the beginning of this thread...we have a chance, so better make it good.
