If I had to guess, the rumor that he's going to KU or UNC just means they don't think he's going to Duke. Fans of those schools have never taken ISU's chances seriously, and there's never been much buzz about him going to Oklahoma or UCLA, so naturally in a Duke fan's mind Harrison is going to KU or UNC if he doesn't go to Duke.
The way everything is set up makes me optimistic. He's been on his official visits and he's been to ISU enough that he either has made his decision or is close enough to a decision that he set a commitment date. With that in mind, two things stand out:
1. Harrison is taking an unofficial visit to ISU and attending a basketball game. There would be no need to take this visit if ISU was out of the picture. Again, he has set a commitment date, so he either knows where he's going or is still deciding but close to a decision. Either ISU is already his choice or ISU still has a shot.
2. According to posters on here, Harrison is also attending the football game this weekend. You could argue that Harrison didn't cancel the unofficial visit to the basketball game because it was already scheduled and he didn't feel it would be right, but why also attend the football game if he's leaning somewhere else or ISU is out of the picture? I have a hard time believing he's eliminated ISU and this is just some kind of farewell tour for him.
