Survivor 50

How are veterans trusting a guy that they haven’t seen his season?? Dumb dumb dumb! Charlie should have throw. Him under the bus on how Rizzo turned on his biggest ally!
I think Kamila saw Charlie as a bigger threat down the road than Riz. JMO.

Coach is a fantastic character. I haven’t seen his previous seasons so maybe he’s insufferable after a while but so far he’s cracking me up. I don’t think that he thinks he’s doing comedy unfortunately

Coach is one of those you either love him or hate him. I thought he was rather insufferable in his first season. He seemed to really believe all the bull he was spewing. The more he came back the more he seemed to embrace himself as the coach character making him much more easy to watch.

Once you stop taking him seriously it's much easier to weather Coach. He's actually kind of funny. Total cartoon character, but less insufferable than his previous season.

I’m thinking with 17 people left, we get some kind of “earn your way to the merge” situation and multiple people get sent home at once.

YouTube tv just decided not to record this one for me. Sounds like people were eliminated in a pretty stupid way so maybe a blessing in disguise

Probst really hyped up what just seemed like a method for catching up on eliminations given how far into the game we are. Brutal way for Colby to go home by losing his vote in episode one and never going to tribal until now.

Same. I just got the part after Trump's address. So I had no clue what the shot in the dark thing was.

I don't like the format where you can't have a strategy to win the game. It basically is luck. I hate that. That is what this week was. Your strategy get's thrown out the window because you end up on the wrong team for a week.

If you missed it but want a brief recap…
tribes get told they’re merging, all go to the same beach and there’s a clue about something hidden in the jungle. Ozzy finds it, but it sends him to exile with a player of his choice. He takes Rizo.

Everyone else goes to the challenge where they draw for three teams, each of which will go to tribal and each tribe’s winner gets immunity. The challenge is that foothold on the side wall thing.

Hubicki, Dee and Stepahnie each win their group for immunity. Stephanie wins out of everyone so her group gets Applebees for a reward.

At the tribal councils Genevieve plays shot in the dark to no avail. She gone. Kamilla tried to pull Johnathan back in after leaving him out of the last vote but this also fails. She gone. Last one to go is Colby, who didn’t even get to vote because he lost his vote episode one and hadn’t been the tribal yet.

Broad strokes here but you get the main stuff.
