Yes - I’m talking the other sports apart from those big 3. I’m guessing basketball has an absurd amount more than volleyball, yet is giving similar results. Can JP justify giving the amount of NIL he does to WBB compared to other programs if their results are no better.

I see your point but you aren’t gonna find many programs in the country that give these smaller sports a higher cut/% of rev share than the top 3-4 sports, unless that program is proven elite, like a Nebraska volleyball.
Absolutely agree. Bill had a chance 3 years ago after our last exodus to prove this is an elite program. He brought in great talent. It failed.
The time has come. There is no way Fennelly stays.
Failed is a subjective term. Underachievement maybe. But there are many P4 programs, that would love consistent winning seasons and tournament appearances, but can’t achieve it. And many of those have more $$$.
Well pollard better make the decision quick to fire him so the coaching search can start.
And this is the true problem with NIL. The only outcome of its current state is that it pits different sports inside the same university walls against each other. All the money comes from the same pool at the end of the day.
Maybe Bill would be willing to do alittle give & take with JP to try to help both parties. Say, he steps down on his own (rather than the ugliness of a firing) which saves face a bit to his legacy here and they work out a financial settlement between him & ISU so that it doesn't cost us as much up front, allowing an easier transition for us in the NIL world (even if it means BF agreeing to stretch out the payments he's owed) and in return for all this, he gets his statue or at least some banner, down the road.

I think many would agree at this point it's time to hit the big reset button... Fennelly needs to go and we need to go in a different direction altogether.

Why would Addy or Jada want to stay when the ENTIRETY of the program is based around Audi. Those girls have skill and have worked hard they should have plays designed for them, they should be allowed options besides pass to Audi. Jada did eventually start making her own plays, but she was on her own. Not only would it suck for them...... it didn't work...... at all.
