It's great. I think its a bit ugly though. I don't like the path BMW went with its design starting a few years ago.
I prefer that over this ever-increasing kidney grill design

R2 Performance (Launch Package): Starts at $57,990 (excluding a $1,495 delivery charge). This version features a dual-motor powertrain with 656 hp and an 87.9 kWh battery providing up to 330 miles of range.

R2 Premium: Expected to go on sale in late 2026 for $53,990. It retains the 330-mile range but offers 450 hp and lacks the semi-active suspension found in the Performance trim.

R2 Standard: Scheduled for late 2027 with a starting price of $45,000. This base model will include a smaller battery pack enabling approximately 265 miles of range

That Launch one looks good. What is the state of Rivians version of FSD?

The postings running off the track on oil change intervals. Trying not to end up scrapping the thread because it has evolved into a thread that has some very useful first hand info from CF members who are actual EV users.
Okay. I don't remember posting anything on oil change intervals but did post on mileage when using higher levels of ethanol which I thought was relevant especially when hybrids were part of the conversation.

Thanks for the response.

As a huge Honda fanboy, this is very sad. I never thought I'd see the day when the Japanese were trailing every other country/auto manufacturer.

I would love for Honda to do some sort of electrification with the Ridgeline. Hopefully they can slap a hybrid drive train in that thing. This summer I was hoping to look at new vehicles and one I want is the Hybrid Maverick. I would prefer a Honda if one existed and I don't understand why it doesn't. Rumor has it Ford may be introducing and BEV Maverick later this year and if true I may have to take a long look at that.

It will be interesting how the "excursion for us but a war for them" continues to go in Iran. If oil prices climb high and stay high for a bit many people may look to electric cars. That's always been my desire to want one. I hate how OPEC has us by the short hairs and how volatile gas prices can be. Electricity is always much more steady.
