The basic Sling Day Pass does not include ESPNU, but you can add the Sports Extra package to get it for an extra cost. The base Day Pass includes some sports channels but requires the add-on for a full suite of ESPN networks like ESPNU.
  • Day Pass cost: $4.99.
  • Base channels: Includes Sling Orange, which contains ESPN and ESPN2, and other popular channels like CNN, TNT, and HGTV.
  • Sports Extra add-on: Adds ESPNU, ESPNews, SEC Network, ACC Network, and more for an additional $1.
  • Total cost for ESPNU: A Day Pass with the Sports Extra add-on would cost $4.99 + $1 = $5.99.
 
Go to walmart and get yourself one of their Onn streaming devices for $20. Very similar to a firestick. Get on youtube and search how to jailbreak it. Takes like 5 mins tops. They walk you thru all the steps. Would advise getting a VPN for like $3 a month too. I can watch all the ESPNs, channels all over the country where i dont need the Sunday ticket, MLB, basketball or hockey passes, movies still in the theater. Its the way to go and its cheap.

You/he may want to log into YouTube tv online and go to the customization options. There are channels that I get/could get that were turned off (or that I turned off). It could be a situation like that.

This is what I have but haven’t had any luck finding an app that plays ESPN+ content. I use Sportzx which is great for most other sports content. Have you found any apps that play ESPN+ stuff? Maybe it’s not possible.

Thats a good question. I will have to check after work. There are a few sport specific apps that I downloaded, has cricket and other global sports, so Im hoping its in there

Not his biggest fan but...

ESPN has been pushing its new streaming app since the carriage dispute began. During Tuesday’s The Pat McAfee Show, which is simulcast on both ESPN and YouTube, McAfee called for an end to the dispute and called out Disney for pushing ESPN stars to promote the streaming platform and bundle on social media.

“We’re all done with it, OK? We’re all done with it,” McAfee said. “And also, if you’re on TV, stop telling people to go to a website to save a multi-billion dollar deal. OK? Nobody cares what you have to say. There will be nothing that we say or a website that needs to be visited that’ll get this thing (resolved). There are, I don’t want to say the exact names, but these people [need to come together]. Let’s put our swords down. Let’s put our swords down for the good of sports.

All I get on mine is get AM and short wave. 540 KWMT?? Or will someone simulcast shortwave?

He also told Herbstreit to his face on his show that he hated that Herbie had put out one of those messages. Said he knew he was pressured to do it, but hated that he did it.

Don’t mind me, just thinking about how in the tank Gameday ratings will be compared to BNK tomorrow.
 
Why is ESPN on my Disney+ this morning? We didn’t upgrade to ESPN unlimited so I’m confused
 
Nice of ESPN to allow me to watch this today but I'm still not "upgrading", f*ck them.
