Meh. They're rim running bigs. I know it's probably too early to say this, but I'm liking them better than Jackson and Chatfield already.Probably not the greatest idea to have two offensive zeros (Mulder and Buchanan) in at the same time. Or to recruit two offensive zeros…
The 3 bigs have different skill sets. I thought Mulder played well last night. He seems bouncy, very athletic. I think who of the 3 gets more minutes will be situational.Agreed, it felt like he is another few weeks away from taking all of Mulder's minutes for sure.
Mulder plays extremely hard, I think TJ will continue to play all 3 bigs. Minutes each game may change based on performance or matchup.Agreed, it felt like he is another few weeks away from taking all of Mulder's minutes for sure.
Gotcha. ThanksMaybe the Cyclones.com? I had other commitments and just caught the post game on the radio on the drive home.
I also think Grambling was a good test. They were really physical, not typical for one of the low-major opponents. It was good to get hacked, bumped and pushed.
I was a little worried about Tamin out there, but he looks 100% healthy.

You may end up being right. It will be interesting to see as TJ tightens up the rotations. One thing that stands out with limited stats is Mulder rebounding at a high rate which will continue to get him minutes. The 3 bigs have different skill sets. I thought Mulder played well last night. Not a talented roster at all top to bottom but they had a couple of guys that could be playing P5 ball. They also were very old. It was a solid test in which we won by 40.I also think Grambling was a good test. They were really physical, not typical for one of the low-major opponents. Uh yeah I still do not believe this is a good 3 point shooting team. Shooting well in 2 scrub games in Hilton does not change my stance on that. I firmly believe we will have some MAJOR shooting clunkers in Big 12 play. The type that will lose us games.Remember when ISU struggled shooting 3’s in the Creighton scrimmage, and half this board lost their minds?
That same team is shooting over 40% from 3 through 2 games
I hope so!I think the big that could really take off by late season is Pleta. He could be a huge difference maker as the year goes on.
So we cant believe that this is a good 3 pt shooting team because of 2 bye games, but we can deduce that they will be a bad 3 pt shooting team and lose some games, because of 2 bye games?Uh yeah I still do not believe this is a good 3 point shooting team. Shooting well in 2 scrub games in Hilton does not change my stance on that. I firmly believe we will have some MAJOR shooting clunkers in Big 12 play. The type that will lose us games.
Tamin and Blake were interviewed by Heft and Walters on the radio post game. Both are very good with the interview.I'm lost on where to find Tamin's post game interview. Help me out please.....
