Okay i figured it out if you are using just chrome. This appears to be the key issue to the Error Code. Nothing else needs to be done just use google chrome:

1. Click on the three dots which are located in the top right corner of the browser.
2. From the menu box that appears, select "Settings".
3. After that, you need to scroll a little down and click on the "Advanced" section.
4. Choose the "System" section.
5. There you find it toggled on "Use Hardware Acceleration when available." Toggle it off.
