MLB: ***2026 MLB Season Thread***

Agree. Hoping for a Tigers/Brewers WS.

As someone who's been a Tigers fan since I moved here... I have love/hate feelings about the Tigers making the World Series... love because obviously I'm a Tigers fan; hate because the GM did next to nothing at the trade deadline sans pick up "projects", a major contribution to why they blew a 15-game lead in the AL Central AND lost 11 of 13 to finish the regular season, and I want the guy to face real repercussions for his failure to do anything and not be rewarded for it.

Why the hell do you throw the ball home? There's 2 outs, bases are NOT loaded, and you have a better shot at getting the runner at first. That's the kind of play most players have worked out of their game by the time they've left Little League.

EDIT - the catcher was even pointing for the ball to be thrown to first.

Wow, what a ridiculous ending, guy walks it off on a hit ball that went 12 feet. Pitcher just panicked.

Based were loaded, but still the runner was like half way when he gathered it.
