Bruns said on the pod that Bouman will get NFL camp invites.
Maybe, I’d say a lot of the top FCS guys do, but Bouman has definitely always been one of those guys that I never really understood the rankings. Was up visiting a friend and caught a game when his son was playing vs Bouman as a Sr in HS. Felt like a typical solid Iowa 5A QB that would go play FCS or a good NAIA or D2.

Moberly looked WAY better in HS in my opinion. But situations are way different for different QBs that you never know.

The one guys reaction to the Juicy Wiggle is kind of funny. Said its "one of the weirdest experiences he's ever had at a sporting event." Lol! Now that there is the little dance with the "Woooo!" thing I can see why visiting fans would think its bizarre, but no more bizarre than a lot of other sports traditions. Certainly no wierder than Sweet Caroline, and we stole that one. At least Juicy Wiggle evolved organically.

I take back the respectful comment and change to delusional. I understand we might not be as bad as they think but to make that assessment from that game??? We literally succeeded on every aspect of the game and scored on literally every possession except the last which shouldn’t count! If they were in the b12 they would quickly be humbled not that we just did that

It's no surprise that opposing fans are confused by and don't like Juicy Wiggle. It's an objectively stupid song and I laugh every time I think of the Miami fans last year wondering what in the hell we were doing. But it is OUR stupid song and I don't think we'd find another song that would get the kids, college kids, middle aged people and old people involved. And most of us have very good memories associated with that song. I embrace opposing fans thinking it is stupid.

I found it interesting we did Mr. Brightside between the 3rd and 4th quarters. I'm not sure it hit real well there, but honestly none of those are going to hit when you are up by 40.

I mean there are a lot of songs and dances in CFB. Wisconsin and jump around comes to mind just off the top of my head.

It’s truly the whitest thing I have ever seen. It’s incredibly stupid but it’s our thing and it’s great

Yes and he gets killed for that even now because of how it ended, but technically he couldn’t have run the clock out by a taking knee.
1:31 left and K-State had one timeout. If Lanning just takes 3 seconds per kneel, at WORST you have to snap the ball with a second or two left and you launch that sucker to a WR out of bounds down the field.

Funny story, as I was on the sideline for that game as a student manager. With my role, I had a headset on with the defensive coaches in my ears. After the 4th down stop, everyone is celebrating until they see the offense set up in a formation. Wally and Shane Burnham start screaming “WHAT ARE WE DOING?” and were trying to get Rhoads’ attention to call timeout before the ball had been snapped. The rest is history. Not a fun trip home

Yea, the whole thing was a complete debacle.
