There is a really high level of douchery to most of that fanbase. They all look the same and act the same. You can pick them out of a random crowd of people without even trying.

I took my daughter to a college visit there, and the tour guide literally bragged about that attitude, arrogance, cocky jerkiness, and even had some name for it that I cant remember. They promote it, they teach it, they are proud of it. Like it is part of their tradition to be absolute D-bags and you must learn to be that way if you attend.
Wish I could remember what they called it, all I did was roll my eyes. Thank god my daughter chose the right school, and had absolute no interest in TOE and even less after that tour.
And saying they are not all like that because his parents that are hawks didnt treat him like that is certainly a take.

Suckeyes fanbase: 90% Dbags. Are there a few decent ones, yes, but they are far outnumbered by the jackasses.
Cyclones fanbase: 10% Dbags. Are there a few bad ones, yes, but they are far outnumbered by the decent ones.
It is awesome they do a great thing and wave at the sick kids. It is not great, that they pat themselves on the back so much for it. Sometimes you should do something great just to be great and a good person, not doing it for the recognition and praise. The extreme amount of virtue signaling is the issue as many of us have said, we love that they do it for the kids, but its douchey to do it for the praise and self righteousness.
If he has any common sense, he will respond to your numbers which are opinions, that I also agree with. I wonder if he gets the concept that the majority of their fan base are idiots and the minority of our fan base are idiots.

Yeah, they've got that cranked up to earsplitting levels, and beyond what the speakers are capable of without distortion. I'm not normally someone who complains at it being loud, but they've got it turned up way past too much.
