I think you're sorely underestimating how hard it is to defend in the NBA especially compared to college.

Other than Harden, and maybe Brunson, there isn’t a guy still playing in the conference finals that isn’t a better defender than Milan. Every 2,3, and 4 on all the remaining teams are better defenders.

milan’s greatest strength is shooting and nba teams will not be able to help off him so it basically opens up the floor for driving lanes in the nba. if they help out he just needs a mili second to get off his great shot. he will be ok
