Based upon some of the negative attitudes about our recruiting I think some would say he's a Sit Two Play Zero.

Yeah, it seems that he's a book smart dude, just maybe has some issues with staying out of trouble outside of the classroom.
I was a little worried he could discourage Thompson and/or Conditt from committing. With Thompson out of the picture, an experienced forward would give Conditt time to develop while balancing the classes. Hope Talley makes it.
Good lord. If a player is worried they can't beat out a role player then we can do better because they obviously aren't that good.

Plus, Prohm has said he doesn't want players here that are afraid to compete for playing time.
It may be easy to scoff at it from a fan's perspective but I think most players want a clear path to playing time. Some of course may relish the competition and have the confidence to beat out any competition, but I think that's a minority of players. I don't think it has anything to do with hurt feelings but rather a lack of seeing the big picture or how things may benefit them down the road.
